Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before using versionsprinting.garden. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Only

Versionsprinting Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We introduce homeowners to independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Versionsprinting Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being introduced to a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices depend on the job, your location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work begins.

Payment and Financing

Versionsprinting Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets its own payment terms. Read each contract closely before you sign it.

Safety First

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure what a material is, do not cut, sand or remove it. If you think someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Versionsprinting Remodeling may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website correct and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
