How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Versionsprinting Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Versionsprinting Remodeling went
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we introduced you to

When the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project runs into trouble, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Versionsprinting Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@versionsprinting.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we share what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
